Business Requirements

B 053	In case An IDS Meta Data Broker accepts meta data supplied with usage restrictions (especially access restrictions): - An IDS Meta Data Broker must have the technical capabilities to enforce them and - enforce these data restrictions and - outline these restrictions to requesting Connectors.
B 054	An IDS Meta Data Broker must not agree on a business interaction on behalf of any participant except the one controlling the broker or if it was explicitly given consent by the respective Data Sovereign (and this consent was not revoked in the meantime) to do so.
B 055	An IDS Meta Data Broker should outline usage restrictions and licenses as far as it is aware of them and allowed to share them.
